Terms & Conditions for Sale Period

During promotional or sale periods announced by Olakh:

We may include select products on sale on the Website and, where applicable, in any physical retail formats we introduce in the future.
All sale items are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
We conduct quality checks before dispatch. Unless a wrong, damaged, or defective product has been shipped, sale products are not eligible for returns. Any resolution for damaged/incorrect items will be handled as per our Returns & Refunds section and applicable policies on the Website.
Due to high order volumes during sale periods, we may not be able to accommodate special requests such as gift wrapping.
All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Order Cancellation by Olakh

While we endeavour to fulfil all valid orders, there may be circumstances where we are unable to process or ship an order. Olakh reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to:

Returns & Refunds
