Domestic Shipping
All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification before being dispatched.
Processing Times

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) local time are processed the following business day.
Order Confirmation
You will receive two emails:
- Order Confirmation - immediately after your purchase is placed.
- Dispatch Confirmation - once your order leaves our warehouse, with a tracking number.
Order Tracking
Every dispatched order comes with a tracking number, shared via email and SMS (if mobile number provided). You can track your order in real time through:
- The tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email.
- The carrier's official website using the tracking number provided.
Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times at the address provided. In the event of a missed delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges will apply.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, or provide a safe-drop authorisation at checkout where available.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. In the event of an incorrect address:
- Address corrections requested before dispatch are free of charge and should be emailed to support@byolakh.com within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Address corrections after dispatch are subject to carrier-specific redirection fees, which will be charged to the customer.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
- We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High-volume periods (sale seasons, festive periods).
- Natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events.
- Customs clearance delays for international orders.
- Incorrect or incomplete address details.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We do not accept liability for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international), please contact us at support@byolakh.com. We will:
- Raise a formal investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
- Provide a resolution (replacement or refund) within 7–10 business days of completing the investigation.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please take the following steps within 48 hours of delivery:
- Photograph or video the damaged packaging and product immediately.
- Email us at support@byolakh.com with your order number and the photos/video.
- Do not dispose of the packaging - it may be required for the carrier's investigation.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund within 5 business days of claim approval.
Claims for damaged shipments raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
