Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system immediately so that we can prepare it for dispatch without delay. This means cancellations or edits are rarely possible. If you believe your order has not yet begun processing, please reach out to support@byolakh.com and we will do our best to help.

On rare occasions, an order may be cancelled due to a payment verification issue, an unavailable item, or a mismatch in address details. If this happens, we will notify you by email. For clarity or assistance, please write to support@byolakh.com

If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to update your delivery address within India. Once the order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible. To check your order status, contact support@byolakh.com

We’re unable to modify an order once it has been confirmed. If you’d like to purchase an additional piece, please place a new order.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery fees vary based on your location and will be shown at checkout. We offer both standard and express shipping options across India.

Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process and 3–7 business days to reach you, depending on your location. During public holidays or unexpected logistical delays, shipping times may extend slightly.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow its journey home to you.

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts are missed, they will leave instructions to reschedule or collect your parcel from a nearby service point.

Please check with neighbours, building staff, or anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf. If it remains unlocated, contact us at support@byolakh.com and we will initiate an investigation immediately.

Payments

We welcome all major debit and credit cards, UPI payments, and select digital wallets. All transactions are securely encrypted.

Duplicate charges are uncommon. If you notice a discrepancy, please write to support@byolakh.com with your order number and payment details, and our team will look into it promptly.

Never. Olakh does not store or access your banking information. All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted third-party gateways.

Product & Quality

All pieces displayed online are available unless marked ‘sold out.’ In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you right away.

We take great care to ensure every Olakh piece reaches you in perfect condition. If something arrives damaged, please send us photographs of the item and its packaging within 48 hours so we can assist you swiftly.

Returns & Refunds

Olakh pieces are intimate garments crafted with intention and care. To honour your safety and the integrity of our craft, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered.

Please reach out within 48 hours with photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.

Approved refunds typically reflect in up to 7 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
